FREELANCE ANIMATOR   Bill has recently completed work as Visual Effects Supervisor on the feature motion picture “Cornered!” (scheduled for release early 2010) and created 3D CGI effects for the film.  He also produces computer animation for the Boeing Company, and takes on additional projects as time permits.

SUPERVISING ANIMATOR   Supervised all production for Pyros Pictures, Inc., a computer animation and visual effects company

  • Created hundreds of 3D and 2D computer animations for:
    • Visual effects in feature films, television, and commercials

    • Architectural pre-visualizations
    • Re-enactments and animated presentations for courtroom trials
  • Managed a 14 camera Motion Analysis® optical motion capture system, including face and body performance capture, motion data cleanup, hierarchical solving, re-targeting, and application to 3D computer models. Developed a complete and efficient pipeline from marker placement strategy to final integration with computer characters and props.
  • Utilized 3D laser scanner and tactile scanner, as well as software tools for accurate 3D product modeling.
  • Produced and Directed many industrial video projects, both in-house and on location, including videography and online video/audio editing
  • Created CGI and artwork for magazine covers, print ads, and brochures.
  • Managed promotional activities for company, including design and production of demo reels, brochures, and ads.
